William Pulman, CFA
Founder and CEO
William is the Founder and CEO of Layr, responsible for driving and managing the business. A graduate of Charleston Southern University and a Chartered Financial Analyst, William brings a wealth of investing and operating experience across various industries and company life-cycles.
Westchester / CT Sales
Paul Mattus manages Layr’s sales and business development in Westchester County and Connecticut, and brings decades of sales experience. A native of California, Paul played baseball at San Diego State and has lived in Connecticut for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Layr, Paul helped lead sales organizations in the print and home services industry.
Dan Marrosu is a seasoned sales professional with over 37 years of sales and business development experience. A US Marine Corps veteran, Dan is married to his wife of 36 years, has three daughters and three grandchildren.
NJ / PA Sales
Kevin manages Layr's sales and business development activities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has been a valued member of our team since day one. An alumni of Union College, Kevin graduated with honors and was a three year starter at cornerback for the Dutchmen. Born and raised in the Garden State, Kevin now resides in central NJ with his wife and daughter.
NYC / Long Island Sales
Born and bred in Long Island, Phil Clementi is a proud husband and father of four. Phil brings decades of sales experience to Layr, and was most recently a National Account Manager with Charter / Spectrum. A graduate of Hamilton University, Phil is one of Layr’s many college athletes, and is as competitive about window film as he is about the New York Jets.
Josh Benjamin is a Marketing Intern for Layr, and is responsible for helping to improve Layr's brand, marketing efforts, and overall business. A native of Long Island, and currently studying Marketing at the University of Maryland as rising Junior. During his free time, Josh loves rooting for the Yankees.
Rob is responsible for managing the details and driving installations for residential and commercial clients. A Marywood University graduate, Rob has prior project management experience from the Telecomunications industry.
Erik Ocksay is one of Layr’s lead window film installers, with more than 15 years of construction experience. A native of Poughkipsie, Erik specializes in complex and detail-oriented installations, and has been certified by the 3M Company.
A native of New York City, Sonny Lopez is one of Layr’s lead installers. A proud husband and father, Sonny has decades of construction experience, and more than 8 years of window film installation experience.
A native of Brooklyn, Susan is responsible for managing Layr’s office, coordinating with prospects, clients and key partners. Sue brings decades of professional management experience to Layr, and had previously spent 17 years managing various divisions at Conde Nast in Manhattan.
Steve is responsible for focusing on scheduling of future projects.
